Doro PhoneEasy 615 designed for seniors

The Doro PhoneEasy 615 – a mobile phone especially designed for seniors – will be offered through Optus, Big W and Dick Smith stores.

Swedish company Doro – the European leader in senior mobile communications products – has designed the PhoneEasy 615 with all of the latest features but with the focus on ease of use.

The clamshell device obviously allows for users to make a receive calls and SMS messages but has a display with large text along with widely spaced large concave keys for easy dialling and texting.

The PhoneEasy 615 also has a 3.2 megapixel camera with zoom and flash.

It is also compatible with hearing aids and has loud and clear sound so it can easily be heard.

On the security side, there is an ICE (in case of emergency) call button.

Users choosing a new handset today will struggle to find simpler devices on the market now with the domination of smartphones.
