Samsung launches customisable Milk Music streaming service
Samsung has launched a new streaming music service called Milk Music that will run on all compatible Samsung Galaxy devices and provide genre-based and curated stations.
It has a simple user interface and is designed to make it easy to discover new music and artists as well as enjoy older classic tracks and other blasts from the past.
After downloading the Milk Music app all you need to do is simply turn the on-screen dial to start listening to music right away.
There are more than 150 genre-based stations and the app can recommend music based on what you already like.
The streams serve up a selection of songs – some new and some old – but with few repeats.
You can also customise the experience with nine genres of your choice with each station able to be fine-tuned with a sliding scale to get more of the music you like.
In the Spotlight section there are stations that have been created to reflect the current music trends along with stations curated by artists and music influencers.
Milk Music is free to download and can be used across a range of devices with preferences syncing across your Samsung smartphone, tablet and smartwatch.
Milk Music is available now from the Google Play Store and is compatible with these Samsung devices:
