Create a cinema at home with Epson’s new ultra short throw streaming laser projector

Epson has released a high quality ultra-short throw projector for customers who want to create big screen cinema-like conditions in their homes.

The Epson EH-LS650 Ultra Smart Streaming Laser Projector offers 4K Pro UHD technology to create vibrant colour and excellent brightness so you can watch your movies and TV shows even in well-lit rooms.

As its name suggests, the ultra-short throw projector can be positioned a few centimetres from the wall on top of an entertainment unit and beam up a large image on the included Epson ambient light rejecting screen.

It’s a lot easier to set up than a traditional projector and does include speakers and the Android TV interface so you can set it up and use it like a regular smart TV and access free to air channels and popular streaming services.

The Epson EH-LS 650 allows customers to enjoy their movies on a larger scale and for gamers to totally immerse themselves in the latest titles.

The unit has built in sound by Yamaha with a 2.1 virtual surround system that works right out of the box.

The Epson short throw projector also has an eARC HDMI port so you can switch from the built-in speakers to an external AV receiver or sound bar or your own home theatre setup.

And set up is simple thanks to the Epson Setting Assistant app available on iOS and Android which takes you step by step through the setup process and adjusts the display size and have you ready to view your favourite content in minutes.
