First look at Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in biopic
The first official shot of Ashton Kutcher in his role as Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic has been released by the Sundance Institute before the film’s premiere at the famous festival.
The independent film jOBS (yes the J is meant to be lower case) will be the closing night film of the Sundance Film Festival on January 27.
This first picture of the Two and Half Men star Ashton Kutcher in character as Steve Jobs shows a remarkable resemblance to the former Apple co-founder and CEO.
The image is actually modelled on an actual picture of the late Steve Jobs taken while sitting on his desk in the first years after forming Apple as a company.
The Sundance Institute released the image also a brief synopsis of the film jOBS which is directed by Joshua Michael Stern.
The synopsis read: “The true story of one of the greatest entrepreneurs in American history, jOBS chronicles the defining 30 years of Steve Jobs’ life. jOBS is a candid, inspiring and personal portrait of the one who saw things differently.”
