D-Link’s Aquila Pro AI mesh router is designed to blend in while boosting your home’s wi-fi

D-Link has launched a new mesh wi-fi system which has paid as much attention to its design and shape as it has to its technical features to improve your home’s wireless network.

The Aquila Pro AI M30 Wi-Fi 6 mesh system is available in a two-pack or a three-pack and can bolster the strength and speed of your wireless network across your entire home.

The inspiration for the Aquila Pro design came from the Aquila constellation (Aquila is Latin for eagle) and is a huge departure from traditional router design.

It has a curved and elegant shape  that is wall mountable or suitable on a flat surface to fit in to your home’s décor.

It won the prestigious 2023 Good Design Award.

The Aquila Pro has a special antenna array system which can extend wi-fi for up to 465 square metres and the three-pack with go out to 650 square metres.

That will easily cover an entire multi-storey home and provide fast and reliable wi-fi in every room.

D-Link’s Aquila Pro offers Wi-Fi 6 connectivity with speeds up to 3Gbps with 160Ghz bandwidth support plus a Gigabit Internet WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports to plug in smart TVs, gaming consoles, set top boxes, PCs and 4K disc players.

The device also has innovative AI under the hood including an AI Wi-Fi Optimiser, AI Mesh Optimiser and AI Traffic Optimiser to improve the wi-fi performance in your home and provide fast wired or wireless connections for the entire family.

AI Wi-Fi Optimiser acts like a traffic cop and find the best channel for every device on the network while AI Mesh Optimiser can employ auto path selection with self-healing capabilities to head off any potential network issues.

And AI Traffic Optimiser ensures uninterrupted 4K and 8K streaming with AI-based QoS (quality of service) technology to you have a seamless and smooth entertainment experience.
